This Turkey Wrap Recipe uses a soft tortilla, deli turkey, white Cheddar, and quick apple slaw. It’s tasty, filling, and the perfect on the go lunch!

Turkey Wrap Recipe
Last year, I shared two wrap recipes: Turkey Cranberry Wrap and Chicken Caesar Wrap. This year, I’m sharing another wrap that’s been a big hit at my home!
Wraps are a go-to for lunch and make a quick, easy dinner. I love packing a few with some fruit, veggies, chips, and drinks for a picnic at kids’ games or soaking up nice summer warm days!

Ingredients
- Flour Tortillas: Use your favorite kind.
- Deli Turkey: Freshly sliced works best. Boar’s Head® and Hillshire Farm are great choices. Deli ham is a tasty alternative. For less sodium or nitrites, look for organic or natural options.
- White Cheddar Cheese: Sargento® aged white Cheddar is my favorite. Sharp yellow Cheddar is also great in this turkey wrap recipe.
- Mayo: Light mayo works well too.
- Apple: Granny Smith apples add a sweet and tart contrast to the turkey.
- Lemon: Adds a fresh, bright flavor. For more lemon flavor, add the zest of a lemon.
- Coleslaw Mix: A store-bought coleslaw mix is quick and easy. Find it in the produce section near salad mixes.

How To Make This Turkey Wrap Recipe
- Make Coleslaw: Mix coleslaw, grated apple, mayo, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Prepare Tortillas: Spread a thin layer of mayo on each tortilla.
- Add Fillings: Place turkey in the center, add cheese slices, and divide coleslaw evenly.
- Wrap and Serve: Roll up tortillas tightly, cut in half, and enjoy!
Serve This Turkey Wrap Recipe With:
- Fresh Fruit: Sliced apples, grapes, or a simple fruit salad.
- Veggie Sticks: Carrot sticks, cucumber slices, or bell pepper strips with hummus or ranch for dipping.
- Chips: I love sweet potato chips on the side of these wraps!
- Salad: A light garden salad goes great on the side.
- Roasted Vegetables: Roasted broccoli, cauliflower, or Brussels sprouts.

Storage
- Wraps: This turkey wrap recipe is best enjoyed fresh. If storing, wrap tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 1 day. It will get soggy as it sits.
- Coleslaw: Store separately in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.

Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix coleslaw blend, grated Granny Smith apple (grated on the large holes of a box grater), mayo, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
- Spread a thin layer of mayo on each tortilla. Divide the coleslaw mixture evenly among tortillas. Cut cheese slices in half and place on top. Add deli turkey on top, adding as much as you’d like.
- Roll up wraps tightly, cut in half, and enjoy promptly! (These wraps don’t store well as the coleslaw will make them soggy.)
