Spicy Italian Sausage, Garlicky Brussels Sprouts, & Cremini Mushrooms tossed with BUITONI Parmesan and Black Pepper Ravioli. An easy 20-minute dinner recipe! My sister goes crazy for ravioli — she will eat them plain and for any meal of any day! I don’t get to see her too frequently, so when I do, I make sure I’ve made something for her that has plenty of ravioli. And this dish is pretty much tailored to her taste-buds — ravioli is the star, there are veggies and protein added, and it’s all topped with Parmesan cheese. All her favorite things in one hearty dish that can be ready in 20 minutes or less. The ravioli I’m using today is the Buitoni Parmesan & Black Pepper Ravioli. These freshly made raviolis are filled to the brim with real cracked black pepper and four cheeses — creamy ricotta, aged Parmesan and Romano, and imported Grana Padano. Each ravioli is bursting with delicious flavors and no GMO ingredients. This dish packs a bit of a kick, but you can absolutely scale down on heat by reducing or omitting the red pepper flakes and using a mild Italian sausage. If you’re all about the heat though, get some spicy Italian sausage and lay on the red pepper flakes! The cheese inside the ravioli as well as the Parmesan cheese on top of everything mellows out the heat leaving all the flavors perfectly balanced. While we’ve loved the brussels and mushrooms with the other flavors, those veggies are easy to interchange with whatever you like best. Swapping out for bell peppers, onions, asparagus, corn, and/or cherry tomatoes would be delicious! Enjoy! FOLLOW ALONG!
