My Latest Hosting Obsession

I’m having a moment with dips. After getting myself a couple of these gorgeous platters (gold and black!), I suddenly want to put EVERYTHING in them. They’ve become my favorite way to display appetizers, treats, a mezze platter, or a fun themed dinner.

And honestly, it’s so fun to show up to a party with one fully loaded. It’s way easier than assembling a whole charcuterie board and looks just as impressive…maybe even more.

So here’s my latest obsession: this easy cheesecake dip. I brought it to a recent party and everyone was losing it over how good it was. Multiple people said it tastes better than an actual cheesecake, and I’m not complaining because it took a fraction of the effort.

Plus, going wild with the dippers is half the fun. The crowd favorites were berries, graham crackers, and Oreos.

All the ingredients in this cheesecake dip beat together to a smooth and creamy consistency.

What To Dip In!

A good Cheesecake Dip is all about the dippers, so here are my favorite things to serve alongside it:

Fresh fruit: Strawberries, apple slices, raspberries, blackberries, pineapple, grapes
Crunchy cookies: Graham crackers, vanilla wafers, Oreos, Biscoff
Soft sweets: Brownie bites, pound cake cubes, rice krispies treats
Pretzels: Pretzel crisps, pretzel rods, chocolate dipped pretzels
Fun extras: Waffle cone pieces, mini donuts, cookies

Storage

Store the dip in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Give it a quick stir before serving. Keep dippers separate so they stay crisp and fresh.
