Fluffy Yogurt you’ll totally crave! Thick, sweet, high-protein yogurt that’s perfect straight from the bowl or dipped with grahams or fruit.

Author’s Notes
I Tried the Trend So You Don’t Have To!
I’ll be honest, most TikTok food trends are a miss for me, and fluffy yogurt was one of them. The version with protein powder and baking powder just wasn’t it. I couldn’t even finish the bowl.
But I loved the idea of a high-protein, summer-friendly treat (something to give my frozen protein s’mores a break), so I got to work.
Most of my recipes are pretty flexible when it comes to brands, but not this one. I’ve tested a bunch, and nothing comes close to the combo I’m sharing today. I know it’s not ideal to be picky about brands, but if you want the absolute best fluffy yogurt, these are the exact ones to use!

Fluffy Yogurt Ingredients
I know! Specialty ingredients aren’t the most fun, but trust me, this combo is worth it!
Ingredient | What It Does |
---|---|
Greek yogurt | Fage 0% works best. It’s super smooth and not overly tangy. |
Liquid monk fruit | A no-sugar sweetener that blends in really nicely without a weird aftertaste. |
Vanilla pudding mix | Adds flavor and thickens the yogurt to a fluffy, pudding-like texture. |
Whipped topping | Makes it light and creamy. Use thawed whipped topping straight from the fridge. Feel free to use dairy-free whipped topping if needed! |
Sprinkles | Just for fun! You can totally leave these out or replace them with some crushed Oreos, nuts, or chocolate chips. |

How to Eat Fluffy Yogurt
- Dip graham crackers, strawberries, or apple slices
- Spread on rice cakes
- Eat straight from the bowl like pudding
- Top with extra sprinkles, berries, or granola
Storage
Keep covered in the fridge and enjoy within 3 days. The texture stays fluffy and thick! Give it a quick stir before eating if it settles.

Fluffy Yogurt FAQs
It won’t be as thick, and the texture won’t hold up. Stick with a thick Greek-style yogurt like Fage.
Yes! Make a batch and portion into jars or containers. Great for grab-and-go snacks or lunchbox treats.
Yes! Vanilla is classic, but banana, cheesecake, or white chocolate also work. Just stick with instant pudding.
I don’t recommend it. Freezing changes the texture and can make it watery once thawed.
