This hot honey chicken sliders recipe features crispy chicken tenders tossed in a hot honey sauce, topped with creamy coleslaw, and sandwiched in toasted brioche slider buns.
Air fry or bake the chicken tenders according to the package directions. Cut down as needed to fit in the buns nicely.
In a microwave-safe bowl or small saucepan, combine butter, hot honey, hot sauce, and salt. Heat until melted, then whisk until smooth.
In a large bowl, toss the coleslaw mix with the coleslaw dressing using tongs. Add more dressing for a creamier slaw or more coleslaw mix for a lighter one. Let sit while prepping the other ingredients, tossing once more before assembling.
Lightly butter the slider rolls and toast them in a dry skillet over medium heat until golden. Set aside.
Toss the cooked chicken tenders in the hot honey sauce, shaking off excess. Layer each bottom bun with a scoop of slaw, then the sauced chicken, and pickles if using. Spread mayo on the top bun, then close the sandwich.
Enjoy right away while everything is warm and crispy.

Notes
Note 1: I like using Tyson’s crispy chicken strips. They're tasty and cook quickly in the air fryer. Use your favorite fried, baked, or air-fried chicken tenders.Note 2: You can also make homemade coleslaw. If not, grab a good-quality coleslaw dressing from the refrigerated section near the produce.Note 3: I use Frank’s RedHot hot sauce. Adjust the amount based on your spice preference.Storage: Keep leftover chicken, slaw, and buns in separate airtight containers. Reheat the chicken in the oven or air fryer so it stays crispy. Slaw is best within 1–2 days. Wait to assemble the sliders until just before serving.
