Tropical Fruit Salad combines juicy, ripe tropical fruits like mango, grape, and kiwi, tossed in a refreshing honey-lime dressing that takes it to the next level.
Wash and thoroughly dry the grapes. Peel and chop the mango into chunks. Peel and slice the kiwis into half moons. Peel and segment the clementines. Cut the pineapple into chunks.
Place all prepared fruits in a large bowl. If time allows, refrigerate the un-dressed salad for an hour or two.
In a mason jar, combine honey, 2 tsp lime zest, and 2 tbsp lime juice. Secure the lid and shake well to mix. Stir if needed.
Drizzle the dressing over the fruits and toss to evenly coat. Enjoy.

Notes
Note 1: My tips for this recipe are to choose the ripest fruit available and, if possible, chill them before preparing for the most refreshing salad. Also, slice fruits into similar sizes for easy eating.Storage: Refrigerate un-dressed until ready to serve. Best enjoyed cold on the same day it is made. If prepping ahead, keep the salad and dressing separate in the fridge and toss together just before serving.
