Instructions
Toast sourdough bread and let it cool slightly.
Thinly slice avocado and lightly mash it on toasted bread.
Add a few spoonfuls of cottage cheese on top of the mashed avocado.
Season with salt and pepper.
Arrange halved cherry tomatoes and basil leaves over cottage cheese.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic reduction.
