BLEND: To measure the fruit, pack it tightly into a measuring cup. In a high-powered blender, process all of the ingredients in the order they are listed on the recipe card. Blend until completely smooth and no chunks remain. If you aren't using a high-powered blender, you may need to stir ingredients a few times in between blends.
DRINK: Divide evenly among 2 cups (large serving) or 4 cups (treat-size serving) and if desired, add a strawberry to the rim of the glasses. Enjoy immediately.
Note 1: We love the subtle sweetness of apple juice in this smoothie, but Jamba Juice typically uses juices with a blend of flavors (their particular recipe calls for an apple-pear-strawberry juice blend). If you'd like a fruitier flavor, try a juice with a few different fruit profiles.Note 2: Find frozen yogurt right by ice cream in the grocery store. If you can't find it, use regular vanilla ice cream in a pinch. If you'd like to make this smoothie dairy free, use a strawberry sorbet instead!
