In a medium pot, combine the water, peaches, and sugar. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 2–4 minutes or until peaches are tender.
Remove from heat and let the mixture cool for 5–10 minutes. Carefully transfer to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher or bowl, discarding solids or saving them for smoothies.
Stir in 3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice. Cover and chill for 2–3 hours or until cold.
Fill glasses with ice and pour in the Peach Lemonade. Garnish with lemon slices, peach slices, or mint if desired.
