Marry Me Chicken Pasta Salad turns the popular Marry Me Chicken recipe into an incredible pasta salad filled with chicken, fresh basil, tomatoes, and the perfect dressing.
Dressing: Combine all dressing ingredients in a wide-mouth mason jar. Secure lid tightly and shake until mixed well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Bring 12 cups of water to a rolling boil. Add 1 tablespoon salt, then pasta. Cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain pasta, rinse under cold water for 20 seconds, and fully shake off any water.
Transfer pasta to a large bowl. Shake dressing well and pour about ⅔rds of it over the pasta. Toss to coat evenly. Refrigerate pasta until fully cooled.
Once pasta is cooled, gently mix in cucumber, cherry tomatoes, chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, feta cheese, and fresh basil.
Pour remaining dressing over the salad. Toss gently but thoroughly. Taste, adjust seasoning if needed, and serve right away.
