Leave the peel on the apple and cut it into small chunks. Mix 1 cup of water with 1/2 teaspoon salt and soak the apple chunks for 5 minutes. Drain, rinse, and pat the apple pieces completely dry.
Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper.
Place pretzels in a single layer on the prepared sheet. Put one Rolo on top of each pretzel and bake for 2–4 minutes or until the Rolos are soft but not melted, see note 1.
Make sure the apple pieces are completely dry, press a piece of apple onto each soft Rolo.
Place the tray in the fridge for about 10 minutes to set quickly.

Note 1: If the chocolate crumbles, it’s overcooked. If the apples don’t press in easily, the chocolate isn’t soft enough. Start by baking one bite to test your oven's timing. Don't use the convection setting.Storage: For the best taste, enjoy within a couple of hours!
