1container (6 ounces)key lime pie yogurtI used Yoplait lite
1cupunsweetened almond milkor sub another milk
1large bananafrozen
1(~1 cup)ripe mangofrozen
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
1teaspoontruviaor sub another sweetener
1tablespoonfreshly squeezed lime juice
(~1/3 cup)Small handful spinach
Optional: 1/4 teaspoon xanthan gummakes it thicker
Optional garnish: 1 graham cracker, reduced-fat whipped topping
Instructions
Before making this smoothie, have a banana peeled, coined, and frozen. Also peel and remove the pit of the mango. Chop into pieces and freeze.
In a blender, combine the yogurt, milk, frozen banana, frozen mango, vanilla extract, sweetener of choice, lime juice, and spinach. (Increase spinach amounts of desired)
If desired add in the xanthan gum.
Blend until completely smooth.
Optionally garnish with whipped topping and a few graham cracker crumbs
Notes
If desired, you can add 1/2-1 cup of ice for a thicker and larger shake.
