In a bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt and dry brownie mix until completely combined. Place in the fridge.
In another bowl, pour in the whipping cream and beat with hand mixers.
(Make sure the bowl and the whipping cream are chilled up until you begin beating.)
Add in the vanilla and begin whipping. Increase the speed to medium and then add in the powdered sugar,
Whip until stiff firm peaks form in the whipping cream. The cream will have thickened and if you remove your whisks from the cream, the peaks will hold firmly on their own with slightly soft tips. This is when you know you have whisked it completely.
Very gently, with a spatula, fold in the whipped topping mixture with the yogurt and brownie mixture until combined being careful to not over mix.
Serve immediately with various fruits or foods to dip in such as fresh fruit, graham crackers, or cookies.
Notes
*I would not recommend using a plain yogurt flavor as this makes it tart. The full fat is far more creamy and holds up better. I wouldn't recommend a lower fat content yogurt.
