Spice up your recipe game with these mouthwatering Buffalo Chicken Wraps! Loaded with crispy chicken tenders coated in tangy buffalo sauce, fresh broccoli slaw, creamy salad dressing, and slices of ripe avocado, these wraps are a flavor explosion in every bite. And the best part? They're so quick and easy to make thanks to some recipe short-cuts!
CHICKEN: Cook the chicken strips in the oven or air fryer according to package directions. (Note 1)
SLAW: Add the broccoli slaw to a large bowl and toss with the dressing until coated. Taste and add salt/pepper if needed. Dress the slaw right before preparing the wraps.
COAT CHICKEN: In a medium-sized bowl, coat 2 cooked chicken tenders at a time with buffalo sauce, using enough to lightly coat them (just eyeball it!). Do this right before assembling the wraps.
ASSEMBLE: Lay out the tortillas and divide the slaw evenly among them. Add avocado slices on top. Place the buffalo-sauced chicken on top, then sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles (if using). Roll up the tortillas tightly, then cut in half and serve immediately.

Notes
Note 1: Crispy Chicken Strips: I use Tyson® Crispy Chicken Strips (not sponsored) which cook up in about 18 minutes or 11-12 minutes (@ 400 degrees F) in the air fryer. Make sure to cook them in the oven or air fryer, not the microwave. Use whatever chicken tenders you like or you can even do homemade crispy chicken strips (try our Buffalo Chicken Tenders!). Unless the strips are little, you'll use about 2 strips per wrap.Note 2:BuffaloSauce: Frank’s® RedHot Wings Buffalo sauce is our favorite in these wraps! Frank’s makes quite a few sauces; be sure to use the one labeled “buffalo” not the cayenne pepper sauce!Note 3: Dressing: Instead of making your own blue cheese dressing (or relying on a lack-luster store-bought one), you've got to try this blue cheese dressing. It's delicious! If you aren't a fan of blue cheese use this ranch instead. Not into store-bought dressings? Try our favorite Ranch Dressing Recipe or Blue Cheese Dressing!
