Frozen Yogurt brings cool refreshment without a lot of added sugars and questionable ingredients. You can have this delicious frozen yogurt ready in less than 10 minutes without an ice cream maker. The flavor options are endless - we've tried strawberry-banana, banana, mango, blackberry, and raspberry and can't decide on a favorite! With this recipe, the possibilities are endless.
COMBINE: Place yogurt, sweetener, optional vanilla and salt in the bowl of a small food processor or blender. Process briefly to combine.
ADD FRUIT: Add several pieces of frozen fruit and blend until fairly smooth. Repeat until most of the fruit is used and the yogurt mixture creates a soft-serve texture.
ENJOY: Serve immediately (we like it best right out of the food processor!), or freeze for later use. If your fro-yo freezes solid, let it stand at room temperature to soften.

Note 1: Food processor: I like to use a mini Food Processor when I’m making just enough fro-yo for myself. Depending on how much you want, though, a full-sized food processor might be a better choice. A blender will work, but you have to add the fruit in really small batches so you don’t overload the motor. If you have a blender with a top-mount motor (like a Ninja®), that works better than one with the motor on the bottom, unless it’s a heavy-duty machine. Note 2: Greek yogurt: Since yogurt is the primary ingredient, make sure to get a good brand of it. I get plain, full-fat Greek yogurt. Note 3: Frozen fruit: Frozen fruit is easy to pick up at the grocery store, or you can freeze your own. When buying or preparing frozen fruit, use small pieces; they’re much easier to blend. Pick sliced strawberries instead of whole ones, for instance. Sliced bananas, chunks of mango, thin sliced peaches, whole raspberries, etc.Note 4: Sweetener: I like to use liquid stevia, but feel free to use 1 tbsp white sugar or any other sweetener that you prefer. Just keep in mind that syrups like honey or agave can become gummy when they are very cold. Start with a small amount of sweetener and add more if needed, taking into account the tartness of the fruit you are using.
