Zest the lemon to get ½ teaspoon zest. Juice the lemon to get 1 tablespoon juice.
Add cold lemonade, vanilla ice cream, lemon zest, and lemon juice to a blender. Blend just until smooth and combined; don’t over-blend.
Pour into 2 cups (or 1 large glass) and enjoy right away!

In my opinion, nothing beats good homemade lemonade here. Use Sunkist lemons if you can. I think Häagen-Dazs Vanilla Bean works best in this recipe.Storage: Frozen lemonade is best enjoyed right after blending. If needed, freeze and re-blend before serving.
