Caribbean Passion Smoothie

This Jamba Juice Copycat is a favorite -- Caribbean Passion Smoothie is made with passion fruit juice, a blend of frozen fruit, ice, and orange sherbet.

  • 1 cup (260g) passion fruit juice Note 1
  • 1 cup (180g) frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup (80g) frozen peaches
  • 1/3 cup (47g) frozen mango
  • 1 cup (180g) orange sherbet Note 2
  • 1 cup (180g) ice


  • BLEND: To measure the fruit, pack it tightly into a measuring cup. In a high-powered blender, process all of the ingredients in the order they are listed on the recipe card. Blend until completely smooth and no chunks remain. If you aren't using a high-powered blender, you may need to stir ingredients a few times in between blends.
  • DRINK: Divide evenly between 2 cups (large serving) or 4 cups (treat-size serving) and enjoy immediately. 



Note 1: The exact juice we use in these smoothies is pictured in the blog post. It's a juice cocktail of three juices and we find the flavor to be very similar to Jamba's Caribbean Passion Smoothie. Jamba's recipe uses a pear-white grape-mango-orange-passion fruit juice blend, so if you find a juice with some of those fruits in it, you should be good. Focus on finding a juice with passion fruit and mango, since those are the stand-out flavors in the smoothie that lend the tropical flavor.
Note 2: If you need a dairy-free treat, orange sorbet (or mango sorbet) works great in this recipe as well! Vanilla frozen yogurt can also be used in a pinch, but the flavor is less tropical.
