Peach Smoothie Bowl

This Peach Smoothie Bowl made with LACTAID® milk whips together in just a few minutes and only requires five ingredients: frozen peaches, frozen strawberries, frozen mango, frozen banana, and freshly squeezed orange juice. This smoothie is healthy, sweet, creamy, and so flavorful! Top each smoothie bowl with fresh fruit to create a fun Sesame Street character!

  • 1 and 1/4 cup frozen peaches
  • 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 of 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice (~2 large oranges)
  • 1/2 cup lowfat 1% LACTAID milk
  • 4-6 ice cubes

Top with:

  • 1/2 of 1 strawberry
  • 2 banana slices
  • 2 mandarin oranges
  • 12 blackberries
  • 1 blueberry


  • PREP: Start by preparing the fruit you'll top the bowl with. Remove the stem and half the strawberry lengthwise. Cut 2 thin coins from a banana. Peel and segment a mandarin orange. Slice 2 segments in half lengthwise. Thinly slice blackberries lengthwise to form hair and a few widthwise for the mouth. Half 1 blueberry.
  • SMOOTHIE BOWL: Combine all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and no fruit chunks remain. This will require some patience and stirring in between blending. It's intended to be very thick so the fruit will stay on top.
  • DECORATE: Spoon the thick smoothie base into a bowl. Smooth with the back of a spoon. Add prepped fruit to decorate. Add 2 banana slices in the center of the bowl with the halved blueberry on top. Add halved mandarin oranges for ears. Add the lengthwise thinly sliced blackberries to form the hair and widthwise blackberries to form the mouth. Enjoy immediately!
