These Immune-Boosting Smoothies are packed with good-for-you ingredients that are loaded with antioxidants to help your body combat sickness. Orange, mango, banana, yogurt, carrot, and spices are blended together to create a delicious smoothie to help you feel great.

  • 1 medium frozen banana, cut into coins and frozen the night before
  • 2 clementines peeled and separated into segments
  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup honey vanilla Greek yogurt (I recommend Greek Gods)
  • 1 small carrot, peeled and coarsely chopped (~1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 cup 100% orange juice
  • 8 ice cubes


  • BLEND: Combine all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and no fruit chunks remain. Divide evenly among 2 glasses. Enjoy immediately.
