Our favorite easy, healthy, and delicious breakfast: a parfait! This simple breakfast is made from layers of fruit, honey vanilla yogurt, granola, and a little bit of honey for sweetness.
PREP: Wash and thoroughly dry the fruit. If the fruit is at all wet, it affects the taste of the parfait. Remove stems from any berries and thinly slice the strawberries. Toss together all of the fruit.
ASSEMBLE: Layer 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt into the bottom of 4 cups. Alternate layers of fruit and then granola. Repeat layers until glasses are filled to the top.
EAT: Enjoy right after making to avoid soggy granola. These parfaits don't sit or store well.
