Honey Mustard Chicken Salad Sandwiches

These delicious (and simple to make) honey mustard chicken salad sandwiches are a fun twist on typical chicken salad! They're a hit wherever they're served!

  • 2 cups prepared rotisserie chicken, chopped into small pieces (see post for other ways to prepare chicken)
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries cherry infused for an even more delicious chicken salad!
  • 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced


  • 1/2 cup prepared coleslaw dressing (found near chilled dressings/dips in the grocery store; we like Marie's brand)
  • 1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
  • 3 tablespoons honey BBQ sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Serve with

  • Bread or croissant rolls
  • Lettuce


  1. In a large bowl, add in the chopped rotisserie chicken, dried cranberries, and thinly sliced celery.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the coleslaw dressing, mustard, and BBQ sauce. Whisk until smooth and season to taste with salt and pepper. Adjust quantities to your preference.

  3. Gently stir all of the ingredients together until combined. Taste and adjust for any additional salt/pepper.

  4. Enjoy layered on toasted bread or a croissant and add some lettuce. Enjoy immediately.
