Ingredients

Cake

  • 1 box (15.25 ounces) yellow cake mix
  • 1 (21 ounces) can LUCKY LEAF® Premium Peach Fruit Filling & Topping
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup full fat sour cream

Frosting

  • 1 package (8 ounces) full fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon salted butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

Cake:

  1. Combine first four ingredients in medium bowl. Mix until smooth. Spread evenly in a well greased 9x13-inch pan.

  2. Bake at 350°F. for 35 to 45 minutes, or until cake springs back when lightly touched in the center. Cool. Spread with cream cheese frosting.

Cream Cheese Frosting:

  1. Combine cream cheese, butter and vanilla in a small mixing bowl. Gradually beat in powdered sugar until smooth. Spread evenly over the cake.
