Strawberries and Cream Oatmeal

  • 1/2 cup QUICK oats
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup Simply Pure coffee creamer or milk
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoons coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup diced strawberries
  • 2-3 tablespoons Simply Pure coffee creamer
  • Add-ins: chia seeds, crushed/chopped nuts, dried blueberries, coconut


  1. In a microwave safe bowl, combine the quick oats with the water and coffee creamer or milk.
  2. Microwave according to package directions (about 1 and 1/2 minutes).
  3. Remove and stir.
  4. Add in the coconut sugar (or brown sugar), vanilla extract, salt, diced strawberries, and 2-3 tablespoons coffee creamer (to texture preference).
  5. Top the oatmeal with add-in's of your choice. Our favorites are chia seeds, chopped pistachios or almonds, dried blueberries, and coconut.
  6. Enjoy immediately.
