These Chicken Bacon Avocado Wraps are the perfect quick and easy meal that is packed with flavor! With tender chicken, crispy bacon, creamy avocado, and a completely irresistible sauce, these wraps are incredible. Plus, they're so easy to make that you can whip them up in just a few minutes for a delicious lunch or dinner.
CHICKEN: See Note 1 if cooking or air frying chicken. Once the chicken is cooked, dice it up, and measure to get 2 cups.
BACON: Prepare bacon. See Note 2 for an easy way to bake it! Dice it up.
DRESSING: In a large bowl combine all of the dressing ingredients. Season to taste, I add 1/8 tsp each of salt & pepper. Whisk until smooth.
COMBINE: Add the prepared chicken, bacon, and diced avocado to the bowl with the dressing. (See Instruction #6 if you want leftovers.) Gently stir until ingredients are evenly coated. If you find you'd like it a bit creamier, add another scoop of mayo. Taste and adjust flavors as desired.
ASSEMBLE: Lay out four tortillas. Top each with a washed (and completely dried) piece of lettuce. Divide the filling mixture evenly among the wraps. Roll up tightly and enjoy promptly.
STORAGE: These wraps are best eaten the same day they're made; the avocado will begin to brown and change texture over time.If you don't plan on finishing them all at once, it's best to leave the avocado out of the filling and add it to individual wraps as you eat them. This will help prevent the avocado from browning and keep it fresh. Additionally, if you're planning to take these wraps to go, you may want to pack the filling and tortillas separately and assemble the wraps just before eating to keep them fresh and prevent them from getting soggy.

Notes
Note 1: Chicken: You can use any type of cooked chicken in these wraps, such as grilled, roasted, or breaded chicken (our personal favorite!). These wraps are a great way to use up leftover chicken. To save time, you can also use pre-shredded rotisserie chicken (just dice it up first).
Our favorite in these wraps is Tyson® Crispy Chicken Strips which cook up in about 18 minutes in the oven or 11-12 minutes (@ 400 degrees F) in the air fryer.
Note 2: Bacon: You can also use pre-cooked (microwave) bacon to save time. Or try our hack for baking bacon:
Here's how to bake bacon (easy to do and the clean-up is even easier!). Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place a metal cooling rack on top of an extra-large sheet pan with raised sides; lightly grease with cooking spray. Place slices of bacon in an even layer (not touching) on top of the cooling rack. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crisped to your liking. Remove and let bacon cool (it will get crispier). Chop into small pieces to use in these wraps
