Our favorite Breakfast Toast ever! Toast some multi-grain bread and top it with creamy peanut butter, sweet banana slices, juicy blueberries, a drizzle of honey, and crunchy chia seeds!
PREPARE THE TOAST: Toast the bread to preference. Spread creamy peanut butter evenly over the top. Thinly slice the banana and assemble slices in an even layer on the peanut butter. Sprinkle on blueberries and gently press into the peanut butter, in the gaps between banana slices. Drizzle honey all over the toast and finish with a sprinkle of chia seeds. Enjoy promptly!

Once prepared, Breakfast Toast is best eaten right away. It will get soggy quickly and bananas will begin to brown. I recommend making only what will be enjoyed promptly.
